Nicole Anne Holistic Wellness is pleased to announce an upcoming FREE Senior Chair Yoga event designed to make mindful movement and the benefits of yoga accessible, comfortable, and enjoyable for older adults.

The 60-minute group class will take place on Friday, October 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Ed Robson Library / Maricopa County, 9330 East Riggs Road, Sun Lakes, AZ 85226.

Senior Chair Yoga offers participants an opportunity to experience gentle movement in a welcoming and supportive environment. Using a chair for stability and support, participants will be guided through gentle stretches, mindful movements, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques that may help support flexibility, mobility, balance, strength, circulation, relaxation, and overall well-being.

Chairs will be provided for all participants, and no previous yoga experience is necessary. Movements can be adapted to accommodate different ability and mobility levels, allowing participants to honor their bodies and move at their own pace.

What Participants Can Expect

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. No yoga mat or special equipment is required.
