What makes your business different, competitive, or unique?
Experience Liv living, where every detail is designed for your happiness and wellness. Liv brings together a mix of amenities, programs, and services that blend wellness, sustainability, and community effortlessly.

What is the nicest thing a customer has ever said about your business?
I absolutely love living here at Liv! The amenities are amazing! From 2 pools, a splash pad, playground, hub, Game Center, garden, charging stations, gym, yoga, etc. Not to mention the amount of activities the Liv team holds for the residents is WOW! There’s always something to get the residents involved. Maintenance gets the highest accolades by FAR though. Usually that’s where communities fall, but not this one! Within an hour, issues are rectified. All the staff is so friendly & genuinely enjoy making your stay wonderful. All the leasing agents are so knowledgeable & sweet & Monica has been an amazing addition to the Liv family. She’s very involved as a property manager & you don’t see that often.

Being part of the chamber has provided invaluable networking opportunities that have helped us build strong local partnerships and expand our reach. We've gained access to valuable resources and business support, which has contributed to our growth. The chamber’s events and programs have also helped us stay connected with the community, enhancing our visibility and impact.
 
What Motivates you professionally?
I'm motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and continuously grow, both personally and professionally. I thrive on challenges that push me to improve and help others along the way.

What do you consider to be your greatest success?
My biggest accomplishment in property management was fostering a strong sense of community by organizing resident events and improving communication. This helped build lasting relationships and created a more engaged, connected living environment, leading to higher resident satisfaction and long-term retention.
 
Who do you look up to or admire?
I admire Michelle Obama for her grace, intelligence, and dedication to empowering others. She has used her platform to advocate for education, health, and equality, all while staying authentic and grounded. Her leadership and commitment to creating positive change inspire me deeply.

When you're not working, where in Gilbert do you spend your time?
When I'm not working, I love spending time dining and shopping at San Tan Village as well as visiting the Downtown Gilbert Farmers Market for fresh produce. I enjoy having a fun date night at Topgolf with my husband and would luv to take more time exploring Gilbert Regional Park with my little one at its splash pad and playgrounds!
