We provide resort-style living with high-end amenities including a 24/7 fitness center, multiple swimming pools a spa, The Hub with coworking spaces and a coffee bar, outdoor lounge areas, and pet-friendly features like a bark park we are very pet-friendly Liv Northgate also host community events like Pancake Breakfast, Happy Hour, Kids Club, etc. for everyone to enjoy! Inside each apartment home, residents enjoy modern finishes such as stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, in-unit washer and dryer, spacious walk-in closets, and smart home features like keyless entry and programmable thermostats. Overall, Liv Northgate combines upscale apartment living with a strong sense of community, convenience, and lifestyle-focused amenities in the Gilbert area.

What makes your business different, competitive, or unique? What makes Liv Northgate unique is that it’s not just about the apartment homes themselves, but the full resident experience. From resort-style amenities to intentionally designed social spaces like The Hub, the community is built to make it easy for our residents to connect, relax, and feel at home. The apartments feature high-end finishes and modern layouts, while the resident events help create a more personal, connected environment that goes beyond typical apartment living. How has your business found value in your membership with the Gilbert Chamber? The Gilbert Chamber has provided valuable opportunities to connect with other local businesses, build meaningful relationships, and become more involved in the Gilbert community. Through networking events and Chamber resources. Being a Chamber member allows us to stay engaged, collaborate with fellow businesses, and continue creating a welcoming place for both current and future residents!

What motivates you professionally? What motivates me professionally is knowing that I can make a difference in people's everyday lives. In property management, we're helping provide people with a place they call home, and that's something I don't take for granted. I want my residents to know they can trust me and count on me when they need help. I'm also motivated by learning new things and finding ways to do my job better. I enjoy building relationships with residents and doing a little extra whenever I can. Seeing someone have a positive experience because of something I did is what keeps me motivated every day.

What do you consider to be your greatest success? My greatest success, both professionally and personally, is the relationships I've built. I'm fortunate to have amazing people in my life who challenge me to grow, support me through every stage, and encourage me to be the best version of myself. Those connections have shaped who I am, and I'm truly grateful for each and every one of them.

Who do you look up to or admire? The person I admire most in life is my fiancé. He consistently shows up as the best version of himself, no matter the situation. He has a beautiful kind heart, works incredibly hard, and takes a lot of pride in everything he does.

What I admire most is how much he pours into the people around him while still giving his best every single day. He has an amazing ability to balance supporting others with striving for excellence in his own life. Watching the way he lives inspires me to be a better person, and I'm grateful that I get to share my life with someone who leads by example

When you're not working, where in Gilbert do you spend your time? I probably spend more time than I should at Flower Child by San Tan Village! I could honestly eat there for every meal. It's one of my favorite places to bring my journal, relax, and enjoy some quiet time. As an added bonus, it's just a short walk from HomeGoods and Ulta, so it's the perfect spot for a little self-care day.
