Elaine Kessler is the Director of Foundation and Community Impact at the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce, where she leads initiatives that foster inclusive economic growth. A Flinn-Brown Fellow and Gilbert’s 2019 Businesswoman of the Year, Elaine brings over 20 years of experience in the arts, education, and community engagement. She holds a Master’s in Creative Enterprise and Cultural Leadership from ASU—earning top honors for her work in Southeast Asian Studies—and a BA in English Literature from the College of William and Mary. Elaine’s work bridges creativity, identity, and leadership, all in service of building vibrant, connected communities.
