Designed for Gilbert-area educators, this program provides insight and resources to help participants better understand current and future workforce needs and trends. Participants tour businesses and industries and engage in facilitated conversations to identify local employers' hiring and education requirements.
Presentations will be given by the following departments:
o Police
o Fire
o Parks & Recreation
o Water Resources
o Engineering
o Human Resources
o Information Technology
o Development Services
o Finance
o Budget
Following the presentations and Q&A session, there will be a tour of the dispatch center and the emergency operations center.
