Gilbert, Arizona — SanTan Village, located at 2218 E. Williams Field Road, is welcoming its next lineup
of retail openings. Madewell and Windsor will debut this fall, with Paradise Grills opening in January, 
continuing the growth of a year that has already brought several new brands to the center.
"As SanTan Village marks 19 years in the East Valley, we've built strong momentum, and we're excited to

the continued strength and evolution of SanTan Village as the premier shopping destination in the East 
Valley, and with even more planned for 2027, there is no sign of slowing down."

COMING SOON

Madewell opens early November, bringing high-quality, on-trend denim for women and men, plus 
everything you'd pair with it, from tees to leather jackets and boots. 

Windsor arrives on Nov. 12, with glamorous, fashion-forward looks for every occasion. From formal 
dances to wedding-guest attire, it's the go-to destination for special-occasion and everyday style.

Paradise Grills, known for its luxury outdoor kitchen grill islands, will open in January with patio 
furniture, pergolas and custom living spaces for shoppers looking to elevate their backyard.

NOW OPEN 

SanTan Village welcomed a strong mix of new retailers earlier this year, spanning automotive, fashion, 
western wear and leather accessories. 

Tesla invites shoppers into an interactive showroom to explore electric vehicle ownership, schedule a 
demo drive and configure their own model in the on-site Design Studio.

Tecovas features handcrafted, premium cowboy boots, hats, apparel and leather goods, rooted in a 
foundational commitment to quality.

Portland Leather Goods crafts premium, full-grain leather bags, wallets and accessories with a simple, 
timeless design, available in a wide range of colors.

Nick's Menswear outfits customers for weddings, prom and everyday style, offering one of the Valley's 
largest suit selections along with expert fitting and custom tailoring.

Urban Planet delivers streetwise fashion and bold attitude at prices that don't sleep, with trend-forward 
pieces for young shoppers who want to stay ahead of the curve.

Fabletics creates stylish, high-performance activewear for men and women, with a popular VIP 
membership program offering exclusive perks and pricing.

Pacsun moves with today's youth culture, offering a mix of apparel and styles shaped by surf, skate and 
streetwear.

Lonely Ghost, a favorite of Gen Z shoppers, offers apparel and lifestyle pieces rooted in inclusivity, 
optimism and community.

LOOKING AHEAD TO 2027

SanTan Village's growth isn’t slowing down. Garage, Gorjana and Wood Ranch are all set to join the 
center in 2027.

Garage brings a mix of denim, everyday basics and trend-forward styles designed for young women.

Gorjana specializes in versatile, layered gold and gold-plated jewelry designed to be mixed and stacked.

Wood Ranch, a California-based restaurant known for its all-American barbecue and signature tri-tip, 
will open its first Arizona location at SanTan Village.
