NEWS RELEASE: Limited Vendor Tables Open for Joint Showcase & Ribbon Cutting

The Gilbert Chamber of Commerce membership is invited to participate in a high-visibility networking and lead-generation event: the Joint Platinum Business Showcase and Gilbert Chamber Ribbon Cutting. The event will take place on Thursday, March 12th, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Advosy Home building in Mesa.

This family-friendly afternoon serves as a bridge between the BNI Platinum and Gilbert Go Givers (GGG) communities, offering a casual environment for local professionals to connect over pizza, and more while celebrating the growth of our local business landscape.

Exclusive Value for Participating Vendors

To maximize value for our vendors, the event features a Vendor Passport program. To enter the grand prize raffle for a 1-ton Mitsubishi Ductless Air Conditioner (perfect for a garage man cave or home office), attendees must visit every vendor table to complete their passport.

All participating vendors will receive the official guest list of every attendee who participates in the raffle, providing a high-quality list of local leads for post-event follow-up.

Registration & Partnership Details

  • Table Cost: $100 per table.

  • Vendor Limit: Strictly limited to 12 tables (several have already been reserved).

  • Strategic Partnerships: Tables can be shared by up to two vendors. For ease of administrative processing, the registering party is responsible for the single $100 fee.

  • Location: Advosy Home Building | 1455 E University Dr., Mesa, AZ 85203 (Directly across from the original Backyard Taco).

While the event is free and open to all families and professionals to attend, vendor spots are filling quickly on a first-come, first-served basis.
