What Motivates you professionally?
As a Sales Coordinator, I’m motivated by creating seamless experiences for clients and supporting a team that drives results. I find satisfaction in the details—organizing, problem-solving, and making sure every part of the sales process runs smoothly. What really drives me is seeing how my behind-the-scenes efforts help build strong relationships, contribute to our hotel's success, and create lasting impressions for our guests.

What do you consider to be your greatest success?
As a Sales Coordinator, my greatest success has been improving our team's efficiency and customer satisfaction through streamlined processes. By optimizing our booking systems and communication, I helped reduce response times and enhance the guest experience, leading to increased repeat business and positive feedback. The recognition from both guests and team members for my contribution to creating smoother operations has been truly rewarding. It’s incredibly fulfilling to know that my efforts directly impact both our clients’ satisfaction and the success of the team.
 
Who do you look up to or admire?
I deeply admire my mother. Her strength, resilience, and unwavering support have shaped who I am today. She’s taught me the value of hard work, compassion, and always striving to be the best version of myself, both professionally and personally.

When you're not working where, in Gilbert, do you spend your time?
When I’m not working, I love spending my time in Downtown Gilbert. The vibrant atmosphere, local restaurants, and unique shops make it a great place to relax and unwind. I also enjoy visiting the Riparian Preserve, where I can walk the trails, enjoy the beautiful scenery, and immerse myself in nature. It’s the perfect spot to recharge and connect with the peaceful side of Gilbert.
