Stuart is driven not by personal gain but by the success of his clients, embodying a philosophy of service and mutual growth within the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce. He is committed to support companies making positive impacts, helping them to "do even good-er." This approach underpins Stuart's work, setting an example of how business success and societal betterment can go hand in hand.

What do you consider to be your greatest success?
My "greatest success" lies in the collective small victories achieved with each client, helping them move towards growth and efficiency. This journey enables them to concentrate on their core missions. It's a testament to the belief that success isn't measured by singular achievements but by the cumulative impact made through empowering others to fulfill their potential.
 
Who do you look up to or admire?
The figures I admire most embody qualities that inspire greatness. My late son Ian, who expected and brought out greatness in others through his leadership, sets a profound example. Pat Tillman, whose courage transcends the sports field to the battlefield, and Theodore Roosevelt, whose fearlessness in face of adversity, guide my actions and aspirations. Their collective legacy of leadership, courage, and fearlessness shapes my approach to life and business, pushing me to strive for excellence and make a meaningful impact. Oh...and of course, Homer Simpson.

When you're not working, where in Gilbert do you spend your time?
When not working, you can catch me at Sal's Gilbert Pizza -- best pizza around and great people. I love jogging through the neighborhood parks, like Zanjero, Discovery Park, and the Riparian. And of course, there's nothing like a plate of hot wings at B-Dubs.
