At the Amy Jones Group, we offer comprehensive residential real estate services, guiding families through buying, selling, and owning homes. Community on Purpose, our nonprofit, supports women and families through volunteerism and giving back. On Purpose Strategies is our coaching and training company, where we help individuals and organizations grow through personal branding, leadership, and business strategy development.
 
What makes your business different, competitive, or unique?
We are an all-female real estate team that combines professional expertise with a heart for community and service. Our business is more than transactions—it’s about building long-lasting relationships and empowering others to succeed. Our commitment to giving back through Community on Purpose and leadership coaching through On Purpose Strategies sets us apart as leaders dedicated to purpose and growth in all areas of life.

What Motivates you professionally?
I’m motivated by a deep desire to empower others—whether it’s helping families find their dream homes, guiding women and business owners in finding their voice, or giving back through volunteerism. Knowing that we are making an impact on people’s lives and strengthening our community fuels my passion every day.

What do you consider to be your greatest success?
My greatest success is building a business that combines my passions for real estate, philanthropy, and leadership while empowering other women to do the same. Creating the Amy Jones Group, Community on Purpose, and On Purpose Strategies has allowed me to make a real difference in the lives of the people we serve, building a legacy of community, empowerment, and growth. And of course, teach all of that goodness to my son who can carry on our legacy of being the change we want to see in the world.
 
Who do you look up to or admire?
I admire women leaders who pave the way for others to succeed—those who are unapologetically themselves, lead with heart, and build communities of support. I especially look up to the women in my life who have inspired me to live big and boldly, embracing both personal and professional growth.

When you're not working where, in Gilbert, do you spend your time?
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my kindergartener Nico exploring Gilbert’s local parks and community events. We also love grabbing an ice cream cone downtown, supporting small businesses at the Farmer's Market, and being active in the vibrant community that makes Gilbert such a special place to live and work.
