What makes your business different, competitive, or unique?

We start every job with a handshake and leave with a smile, it’s just how we choose to do business. Many businesses treat you like a transaction. Of the many reasons to choose Shine, one of the most important is that we always perform our work with you in mind. Your service should be a friendly encounter and to that end, we treat your property as if it was our own and make sure we do everything to your satisfaction. Our care is reflected in every job and is built into our values. We pride ourselves on having a trusted team of professionals strive to leave you with incredible service and positive attitude.

What is the nicest thing a customer has ever said about your business?

It is unfortunate that I am limited to 5 stars if I could I would give 15. I am extremely impressed with Shine East Valley their vehicle is clean and organized the two gentlemen were professional and courteous. I was amazed with the attention to detail when cleaning my Windows. I Highly recommend them, and I will use them from now on.

How has your business found value in your membership with the Gilbert Chamber?

We absolutely love the Gilbert Chamber and are so appreciative of our membership, the opportunities to network and get connected and plugged into the community are endless, we look forward to taking advantage of these opportunities much more often!

What Motivates you professionally?

My family- I not only want to provide for them, I want to create a legacy for them. I want them to see us working hard, being involved the community and giving back whenever we possibly can. We want to impact the lives of the people around us.

What do you consider to be your greatest success?
My family and marriage. Our five children are everything and the reason Jake and I do what we do. We gave up careers, family and our established life in Michigan to better the lives of our kids here in Gilbert. It has always been the dream to live and raise our children here so taking that leap of faith has been life changing to say the least.

Who do you look up to or admire?

We look up to and try to follow the example of people who have found great success and remained humble and real. So often money and achievements change people and not usually for the better. We strive to be like the people who have humility, genuine character and a giving and gracious spirit.

When you're not working, where in Gilbert do you spend your time?
We love the Riparian Preserve, our kids love Gilbert Regional park, the Farmers Market on Saturday mornings will never get old, and we LOVE to try new restaurants.
