What Motivates you professionally?
What motivates me is seeing people reconnect with their bodies and realize they don’t have to live in pain or stress. Helping someone move more freely, breathe more deeply, and feel more present—that’s what drives me. I’ve always believed healing begins with awareness, and I’m passionate about creating space for that healing through stretch therapy and mindful movement. Every session is a chance to support someone’s journey toward better health and balance. Knowing that I can be a part of that transformation—that’s what keeps me inspired and grounded in this work.

What do you consider to be your greatest success?
My greatest success has been building a practice that truly helps people heal—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Stretch Yoga Therapy started as a vision rooted in compassion and purpose, and seeing it come to life has been incredibly rewarding. Every time a client tells me they’re moving without pain, sleeping better, or simply feeling more at ease in their body, I’m reminded that success isn’t just about growth—it’s about impact. Creating a space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to care for themselves—that’s what I’m most proud of.
 
Who do you look up to or admire?
I deeply admire those who have dedicated their lives to the healing arts—teachers and practitioners who embody presence, compassion, and wisdom in their work. In the yoga world, I’ve been inspired by pioneers who bridge ancient practice with modern science, making healing accessible and embodied. In stretch therapy and bodywork, I look up to mentors who see the body as more than muscle and bone—but as a reflection of emotion, energy, and experience. Their ability to guide others with both skill and heart continues to shape how I show up for my clients every day.

When you're not working where, in Gilbert, do you spend your time?
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me on my mat deepening my own yoga practice, getting a good lift in at the gym, or out hiking in nature to recharge. I love taking walks through the Riparian Preserve—it’s one of my favorite spots to reset. And when it’s time to unwind, I’m usually catching good food vibes in Downtown Gilbert with my family. Whether it’s movement, mindfulness, or just being present with loved ones, I try to keep my free time grounded in what fills me up.
