Less than One Year

What product or service do you offer?
We offer martial arts geared towards self-defense with a flair for the traditional. We focus on the Spirit, Mind, and Body to make sure our students are not only able to protect themselves and their families but also become productive and valued members of their communities.
 
What makes your business different, competitive, or unique?
We operate more like a family and take the time to train our students in a way they learn as individuals. We do not focus as much on belts and promotions, but rather on skill and the ability to protect oneself.

What is the nicest thing a customer has ever said about your business?
The welcoming environment and the style of teaching make it fun to come back.
 
How has your business found value in your membership with the Gilbert Chamber?
I have made several connections with other members, along with serving on the Veterans Business Council. Plus the opportunities and training at the Catalyst have been amazing.
 
What Motivates you professionally?
I love physical training and martial arts has been something I have been involved in throughout my life. Watching people learn, gain confidence, and make new friendships keeps me coming back each day.

What do you consider to be your greatest success?
Business success was opening my doors to a new venture. Personal success, marrying the love of my life, and watching our children grow.
 
Who do you look up to or admire?
I don't think there is one person but rather two groups of people. Our Military and our First Responders. The men and women who get up every day put that uniform on, and go out into the unknown to make sure we are safe and enjoy the freedoms this great country offers us.

When you're not working where, in Gilbert, do you spend your time?
You'll find me and my wife in bookstores and coffee shops.
