What is the nicest thing a customer has ever said about your business?
One of the nicest compliments I’ve received from a client was when she told me I was a breath of fresh air compared to how she had been treated by other insurance companies. Hearing that meant a lot because it reinforced what I strive for in my business—making sure my clients feel valued, heard, and cared for. It’s moments like these that remind me why I do what I do, and it motivates me to keep providing that level of personal, attentive service every day.

My membership with the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce has been incredibly valuable for my business. Through networking events and resources provided by the Chamber, I’ve been able to grow my client base and gain insights that help me better serve my clients. Professionally, I’m motivated by the opportunity to build lasting relationships and make a real difference in people’s lives. I’m passionate about helping my clients feel protected and secure, knowing they can trust me to guide them through important decisions. Being an active part of my community also drives me—connecting with others and contributing to the well-being of those around me is what keeps me inspired every day.

What do you consider to be your greatest success?
I would consider my greatest success to be the strong relationships I’ve built with my clients and the trust they place in me. Being told that I’m a breath of fresh air or that I’ve made a difference in someone’s life through my work is incredibly rewarding. It’s not just about selling insurance—it’s about genuinely helping people feel secure and cared for. That connection, and the lasting impact it has, is what I value most as my true success.
 
Who do you look up to or admire?
I look up to and admire women in leadership roles who have paved the way for others through their resilience, compassion, and vision. Leaders like Mary Barra, CEO of General Motors, inspire me for her innovation and determination in a traditionally male-dominated industry. I also admire Indra Nooyi, former CEO of PepsiCo, for her leadership style that combined both business acumen and a focus on caring for her employees. Their leadership in such critical roles inspires me to keep pushing boundaries and making a meaningful impact in my clients’ lives.

When you're not working where, in Gilbert, do you spend your time?
I love Barrio Queen, the service is always friendly. I also enjoy Prep and Pastry the food selection is great and they have healthy options, wonderful and great drinks! Absolutely LOVE The Doghaus for their vegetarian friendly burgers and plentiful beer selections!
