What product or service do you offer?
My team and I are a full service financial planning firm, where we look at the overall financial picture for individuals and businesses. For individuals, we look at their debt, cashflow, investments, insurance, tax situation, estate, and much more. The goal is to educate on how they can create and manage their cashflow better. For businesses, we look at some of the same thing, but expand to offering complimentary business valuations, establishing buy-sell agreements, key person coverage, asset and income protection, to private family banking, employee benefits, and so much more. We help people protect what’s most important—their peace of mind and their future through financial literacy so that they have the power to create outcomes that matter.
 
What makes your business different, competitive, or unique?
My business stands out because of the exceptional team I’m partnered with—a boutique, nationwide agency that has been going strong for nearly 25 years, with over 100 years of combined experience. Our mission, “Changing Lives Forever,” is more than a slogan; it’s the foundation of how we operate. We prioritize people over profit, guided by the belief that doing right by others builds trust and relationships that withstand any challenge. This approach not only sets us apart but also creates meaningful, lasting impacts for our clients and community. Our commitment to integrity and genuine care is what makes us truly unique.

What is the nicest thing a customer has ever said about your business?
The nicest feedback I’ve received was a heartfelt, simple message: “Thank you for changing my financial trajectory for the better.” It’s incredibly rewarding to know that our work made such a meaningful difference in someone’s life. We aim to help clients achieve long-term financial confidence, and hearing that we've positively impacted their future reaffirms our purpose. This kind of feedback reminds us why we do what we do and reinforces our dedication to guiding people towards financial empowerment. Knowing we’ve made a lasting impact is the ultimate reward in this business.
 
How has your business found value in your membership with the Gilbert Chamber?
Membership with the Gilbert Chamber has been invaluable, offering numerous opportunities to connect with like-minded professionals and community members. It’s allowed me to host, speak at events, and collaborate with individuals who, like me, are driven to make a positive difference. These connections have led to meaningful partnerships and potential business opportunities, strengthening both my network and my presence within the community. Being part of a group that shares similar values and goals has enhanced my business's reach and impact, helping us grow while staying true to our mission of uplifting and supporting others.
 
What Motivates you professionally?
I’m driven by a desire to constantly improve—becoming better, showing up better, and doing better in every way. I’ve made my share of mistakes, each one teaching me valuable lessons that have shaped my growth and resilience. These lessons motivate me daily, reminding me of the importance of striving for excellence. I approach each challenge as an opportunity to learn, improve, and make a positive impact on those around me. The journey toward professional and personal betterment isn’t always easy, but the chance to keep evolving and adding value to others' lives is a powerful motivator that keeps me moving forward.

What do you consider to be your greatest success?
I’d say my greatest success has been building meaningful relationships over the past year. When I moved to Arizona in February 2023, I didn’t know anyone here. Since then, I’ve created a network of friendships and professional connections that have truly enriched my life. Each new relationship has been a blessing, offering support, shared goals, and a sense of belonging in my new community. Now, I’ve lost track of the number of people I can genuinely call friends and partners, and I’m incredibly grateful for how much these relationships have enhanced my personal and professional life.
 
Who do you look up to or admire?
I admire the woman I see in the mirror every day. When I first arrived in Arizona, I was dealing with deep wounds—physically, spiritually, and mentally. The journey has been challenging, but the woman staring back at me today has worked through that pain, finding healing and strength. Her resilience and the joy that now lights up her face are huge blessings. She’s come a long way, and I admire her for every step of this journey, for showing up, and for growing through every difficulty. That strength inspires me daily to keep pushing forward.

When you're not working where, in Gilbert, do you spend your time?
I’m a big homebody, so I spend a lot of time at home, which is where I recharge best! Outside of that, you can often find me at Blue 32 Sports Grill, especially since it’s near my coworking spot, EZ Spaces. I also like attending events at the Kiln cowork space in San Tan Village Mall. Exploring Downtown Gilbert is a newer pastime for me, and I’m enjoying learning more about what it has to offer each day. My favorite spaces balance comfort, community, and a touch of excitement as I continue to make Gilbert feel like home.
