How many years have you been in business? 13 years.

What product or service do you offer?

The team of skilled therapists draws from an extensive toolbox of advanced counseling skills to provide optimal personalized care for each patient they work with.
Some of the many therapy options available at Thrive Counseling Services, LLC include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family therapy, play therapy, accelerated resolution therapy, postpartum therapy, and emotionally focused therapy.
The Thrive Counseling Services, LLC team helps patients struggling with many different issues, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety, abuse, eating disorders, substance abuse, phobias, substance abuse, life transitions, and other challenges.

What makes your business different, competitive, or unique?
Thrive is different because our therapists hold a smaller caseload in order to serve our clients better. Each clinician on our team has unique skill sets and specialties which allows for a wonderful "matchmaking" through our scheduler to place you with the therapist to best meet your goals!

What is the nicest thing a customer has ever said about your business?
I've had many folks tell me that I've helped them "not feel crazy". This means the world to me because you're not crazy. There's a very good explanation for your feelings and behavior and I'm here to help you feel understood and find solutions.

How has your business found value in your membership with the Gilbert Chamber?
Thrive is relatively new to getting involved at the Chamber and has already benefitted from round table events. Our ribbon cutting is coming up as well. We look forward to working more closely with the Chamber in the time to come.

What motivates you professionally?
Seeing rapid change in another person's wellbeing is highly motivating to me. It's an incredible feeling to be able to impact another human being in a real way.

What do you consider to be your greatest success?
For me it's seen in the positive impact I have on both my clients and my two young daughters. If my clients feel heard, understood, and supported in their therapeutic journey, and my kids experience a loving and enriching upbringing, I've achieved a very delicate balance.

Who do you look up to or admire?
I am continually inspired by the resilience, creativity, and tenacity demonstrated by fellow women entrepreneurs. Witnessing their unwavering dedication to turning visions into reality and overcoming challenges with grace is not only admirable but serves as a powerful reminder of the limitless potential within each of us.

When you’re not working, where in Gilbert do you spend your time?
Weather permitting, our family likes to spend time outdoors as much as possible bike riding, hiking, swimming or frequenting a neighborhood park. North Italia and Liberty Market are food spots we enjoy and paired with a show at Hale Theatre.
