What product or service do you offer?
I am the Branch Director / Realtor for REVINRE, our Gilbert location. I manage our East Valley agents and support them with training, mentorship and business productivity. I am also a full time Realtor and help assist buyers, sellers and investors with their real estate goals. We work with Veterans, First Time Home Buyers, Sellers, Investors and everything in between. Our Gilbert team is all East Valley residents which gives us a unique edge with our market and neighborhood knowledge based on lived experiences.
 
What makes your business different, competitive, or unique?

Our clients have stated that they appreciate our professionalism, market knowledge and experience, dedication to helping them find their dream home or attaining their investment needs. We have the best clients!
 
How has your business found value in your membership with the Gilbert Chamber?
We are just getting started within the Chamber but are looking to build strong lasting relationships both personally but can also help our business' grow and expand.
 
What Motivates you professionally?
My biggest motivation is my family, specifically my 2 sons. I pride myself in showing up in all aspects of life and showing them that hard work, honesty, and treating all people fairly is the key to success. My motivation in my management position is to help agents succeed in growing their business', coach them through challenges and celebrate their wins. In regards to my personal real estate business, what motivates me is helping the single mom starting over, the newlyweds buying their first home, the investor looking to break into the market, or assisting those looking to downsize and/or retire. What drives me is helping everyone of all walks of life fulfill their dream of homeownership.

What do you consider to be your greatest success?
My greatest success personally is my 2 sons. Professionally, my greatest success has been building strong long lasting partnerships and friendships with industry colleagues, agents and most importantly our clients. Our clients and agents alike know that we do everything with their best interest at heart always. We are 100% focused on the client experience and making sure their real estate transaction exceeded their expectations.
 
Who do you look up to or admire?
I look up to and admire many people within the industry, although nobody specific. I would say that those fellow real estate agents that are helpful and honest are who I like to align myself with. I admire anyone that puts their clients needs above their own at all times. Personally, I admire my sister for her many years of military service, many sacrifices and her love for her family and God.

When you're not working where, in Gilbert, do you spend your time?
When not working, you can find me taking walks at the Riparian Preserve, Saturday morning at the Farmers Market in downtown Gilbert. I have recently started exploring all the amazing dining choices at EpiCenter. Buck and Rider is amazing! For casual happy hours, I love meeting friends and colleagues at Ohso! I have lived in Gilbert since 2009 and love everything about it!
