Harvest In The Heritage District

Harvest in the Heritage District is just a few weeks away, which means fall fun and cooler temps ahead!

Gilbert’s Harvest in the Heritage District will continue to be a collection of themed events, cultural celebrations, special promotions, and unique experiences that unite the community in the spirit of autumn celebration and drive visitation into the Heritage District.

New this year!
Enhanced Atmospheric Elements - Get ready to feel the glow of autumn with enhanced lighting and added fall foliage elements to the main Gilbert Road strip, Hearne Garage Path, and Heritage Marketplace Park, extending the fall vibes throughout the district.

Family Nights at Harvest in the Heritage District - In collaboration with Gilbert Parks and Recreation, we have built out our event offerings to include Family Nights at Harvest in the Heritage, which includes four family-friendly special events taking place throughout the month in the Heritage District.

Community Mural Painting & Public Art Display - A temporary mural display will be installed in the pocket park south of the American Legion #39. This piece will honor the fall cultural celebrations around the world, depicting festivals that serve as poignant reminders of our shared humanity, the ever-changing seasons, the spirit of togetherness, and the exquisite tapestry of cultural diversity. Along with an artist-painted mural, a paint-by-number community mural event is scheduled for Saturday, October 5th.

Interactive Installation – Similar to last year’s Dia de los Muertos Installation, we will be working with LeMonde Studios again to provide a larger-than-life instrument installation that will provide human-powered music and an abundance of photo ops.
