Gilbert Adaptive Resource Fair

The Town of Gilbert will be hosting their 2nd Annual Adaptive Resource Fair on August 22nd. 

At the Town of Gilbert, we are committed to enhancing the lives of individuals of all ages with disabilities by building strong partnerships with valued community organizations like yours. Last year, our inaugural fair connected 38 service providers with more than 200 guests, and with your support, we’re aiming even higher for 2026!

Event Details

New Location: HD SOUTH - Home of the Gilbert Museum (10 S Gilbert Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85296)

Date: Saturday, August 22, 2026

Time: 10:30 AM-12:30 PM

Vendor Fee: $50 or a gift basket donation for our giveaway raffle

Equipment: Vendors are kindly asked to bring their own tables and chairs for their booth. We want every participant to feel comfortable and supported, please let us know if you require any ADA modifications or additional assistance so we can ensure your booth setup meets your needs.

This event is completely free for participants and is designed to help families connect with the incredible services available in our community. We also encourage vendors to invite their own clientele, many of our participants benefit from your programs, and this is a wonderful opportunity to strengthen those connections.
