What makes your business different, competitive, or unique?
What makes Cingularis different is our commitment to people first. We build strategies that serve, not just sell, because we believe businesses can grow without losing their soul. As part of the Conscious Capitalism movement, we align every solution with the greater good of all stakeholders, helping mission-driven businesses thrive through simpler, smarter use of marketing, technology, and AI.

We support small business owners, offer free office hours through the CATALYST, and use our platform to promote purpose-driven leadership. For us, success means creating space for others to succeed.

What is the nicest thing a customer has ever said about your business?
I always appreciate it when people come up to me or email me after a talk I deliver. They often express gratitude and relief at learning more about AI and knowing that they're not falling behind. They can get on board this train anytime and have some confidence in doing so.

How has your business found value in your membership with the Gilbert Chamber?
I first joined the Chamber over 20 years ago. But I ended up taking a hiatus, rejoining about three years ago. The Chamber today is an amazing organization that truly cares about the success of its members. As a result, I have made meaningful connections, found new clients, and discovered new ways to service. I am so grateful for this Chamber.

What motivates you professionally?
What motivates me professionally is service. Over the years, I’ve built experience and skills that now exist for one purpose: to help others. That’s where my tagline comes from: helping businesses that do good do even good-er. My job is to support companies that are already making a difference so they can serve their clients, patients, or communities even more effectively.

What do you consider to be your greatest success?
I don’t know that I’d call it a “success,” but turning personal tragedy, losing my son Ian to suicide, into a way of helping others through speaking, sound meditations, comedy, and just plain old work feels like my greatest purpose. It’s strange to say, but I got lucky. My life could have gone a very different direction.

Who do you look up to or admire?
There are two people I greatly admire: Pat Tillman and Theodore Roosevelt. Pat Tillman embodied real honor and relentless focus on his goals. Theodore Roosevelt led with a bold, blustery fire. Both men stayed true to themselves and the paths they believed in.

When you're not working, where in Gilbert do you spend your time?
If you know me, you probably know where to find me - at Sal’s Gilbert Pizza. It’s my favorite pizza and Italian food in Arizona, maybe anywhere (and definitely try the Stromboli and Chicken Wings). Speaking of wings, you'll also find me at B-Dubs (Buffalo Wild Wings) devouring hot wings and sipping on an IPA. I also love strolling through the Riparian Preserve for a little peace and fresh air.
