With personalized, science-backed plans, they focus on diet, exercise, and stress management, advocating for proactive, preventative care to ensure better health and longevity.

What makes your business different, competitive, or unique? Most providers focus on one specific practice area and do not take a comprehensive approach to treatment, leaving many with unresolved issues. Body Vitality brings a unique, comprehensive approach to slow the aging process and address all the factors affecting a person’s physical and mental health, and well-being by combining all the necessary services into a single clinic.

What is the nicest thing a customer has ever said about your business? Paul is extremely knowledgeable and professional, while still being personable and relatable to his patients and clients. He listens well and is genuinely interested in helping you see improvements in your health. Paul and his staff at Body Vitality are welcoming and supportive and I would highly recommend them!

How has your business found value in your membership with the Gilbert Chamber? The ribbon-cutting ceremony added tremendous value to our grand opening. We hope to form many more great relationships and serve the community in Gilbert.

What motivates you professionally? I'm motivated by helping other people become the best version of themselves. When a person can get their physical and mental health locked in, there's no stopping them.

What do you consider to be your greatest success? My greatest success is my family. I have a wonderful wife and 5 beautiful kids who bring me great joy.

Who do you look up to or admire? I look up to wonderful parents and siblings who take care of their families and love and serve others.

When you're not working, where in Gilbert do you spend your time? My wife and I love trying new restaurants in Gilbert. We are lucky because there are so many!
