What product or service do you offer? The Termite Division provides professional termite inspections, treatments, and long-term protection plans for Arizona homeowners. We specialize exclusively in termites — from pre-construction soil treatments to advanced liquid and baiting systems like Termidor HE and Trelona. Every service is backed by a strong warranty and performed by licensed experts who understand Arizona’s unique soil and termite pressures.

What makes your business different, competitive, or unique? We’re a local, termite-only company — not a general pest firm that “also does termites.” Our focus means deeper expertise, faster response times, and higher-quality results. Every inspection and treatment is performed with precision, transparency, and pride in serving our community. We combine state-of-the-art products with an honest, educational approach that gives homeowners real peace of mind.
 
What is the nicest thing a customer has ever said about your business? One customer told us, “You treated our home like it was your own.” That meant a lot. Many mention our professionalism, honesty, and clear communication — that we take the time to explain how termites work and how we’ll protect their home long-term. Hearing that we made the process stress-free and educational is what drives us every day.

How has your business found value in your membership with the Gilbert Chamber? Being part of the Gilbert Chamber has helped us connect with other local business owners who value integrity and community as much as we do. It’s opened doors for partnerships, increased our local visibility, and given us opportunities to share expertise on protecting Gilbert homes from termites. The Chamber has been an invaluable part of our growth and credibility.

What motivates you professionally? I’m motivated by building something lasting — a company rooted in integrity, craftsmanship, and service. There’s real satisfaction in creating opportunities for others while protecting Arizona homeowners from something as destructive as termites. I love the process of improving systems, serving customers well, and seeing a vision turn into reality. Growth, impact, and excellence drive me every day.

What do you consider to be your greatest success? My greatest success is becoming a dad to my daughter, Lainey. She’s the reason I push harder and stay grounded. Professionally, I’m proud of building The Termite Division from the ground up and earning the trust of so many Arizona homeowners in a short time — but being a great husband and father is the ultimate achievement.

Who do you look up to or admire? I look up to my dad. He taught me what hard work, consistency, and integrity really mean. Watching him keep his word, treat people with respect, and take pride in his work shaped how I approach both business and life. Those lessons have become the foundation for how I lead and serve today.

When you're not working, where in Gilbert do you spend your time? You’ll usually find me in Downtown Gilbert or around SanTan Village — grabbing food with my wife Sabina or spending time with friends and family. When I can sneak away, I’m probably out on the golf course or enjoying a good coffee somewhere local. Gilbert’s community feel is what makes it home.
