What is the nicest thing a customer has ever said about your business?
"You've changed my life."

"Very non-judgmental vibe and approach, which is a rare commodity in today’s society."
"They listened to me."

How has your business found value in your membership with the Gilbert Chamber? The connections to high-quality people is the most valuable aspect of the Gilbert Chamber. It was a member who introduced me to the chamber 6 years ago, and it is why our business now exists in Gilbert.

What motivates you professionally? While I think all business owners' motivations change over the years, the current motivation is achieving our business's next goal of a profit share model for our team. It is imperative to me that our patients have a safe and welcoming place for their entire health journey, that our providers and care team have balance and are paid well for their work, and that our entire ecosystem shares in the wealth and success of what we have created together. I am motivated by the growth of people, myself included. I am motivated by being rewarded - and sharing that - for being good humans who help and serve other good humans.

What do you consider to be your greatest success? Professionally, I helped thousands of patients over my 20 years in practice as a registered dietitian lose weight and keep it off permanently. That is a great success. I would add the new chapter of running a successful insurance-based medical practice to that list - as measured by hiring and mentoring amazing providers while navigating the complexities of our current healthcare landscape.

When you're not working, where in Gilbert do you spend your time? With my sister and nieces in Gilbert .... and of course all the restaurants and farmers' market! :)
