How many years have you been in business? 3

What product or service do you offer? Strategy Ninjas helps service-based business owners integrate AI into their operations. We offer AI training programs, custom AI employees, one-on-one consulting, and a weekly training called the AI Fluency Lab. Our work covers everything from teaching business owners how to use AI tools effectively to building and deploying custom AI employees that automate real tasks. We work primarily with small-medium businesses who are ready to move beyond casual AI use and build real systems.

What makes your business different, competitive, or unique? Most AI training is generic and designed for people with a tech background. Strategy Ninjas works exclusively with small-medium business owners and translates AI into plain language with a focus on practical outcomes. We don't just teach tools; we build custom AI employees that run inside existing operations. Every engagement starts with business strategy first and AI second. Lisa has built and exited a 7-figure business, so the advice is grounded in real operational experience, not theory.

What is the nicest thing a customer has ever said about your business? One client told us: "I walked into the workshop feeling completely overwhelmed and walked out with a real plan. Within two weeks I had AI running inside my business and saving me hours every week. Lisa doesn't just teach AI, she translates it into something you can actually use." That kind of feedback is what we build toward.

How has your business found value in your membership with the Gilbert Chamber? Being part of the Gilbert Chamber has opened doors to genuine connections with local business owners who are building real companies. We've had conversations that led to partnerships, referrals, and clients, all because the Chamber creates space for real relationships. For a service business like Strategy Ninjas, community is a core growth driver, and the Gilbert Chamber is one of the best places in the East Valley to build it.

What motivates you professionally? Watching business owners go from overwhelmed and tech-avoidant to genuinely confident with AI. That's what drives me. I know what it costs to run a business without the right systems because I've done it. Now I get to solve that problem at scale. Every time a client tells me they saved 10 hours a week or finally feel in control of their operations, I'm reminded why this work matters. The opportunity to change how small businesses operate is enormous, and AI is the vehicle to do it.

What do you consider to be your greatest success? Building and exiting Moncord Real Estate Professional Services at a 7-figure valuation, bootstrapped with no outside investment, is the milestone on the timeline. But the success I'm most proud of is what came next. Strategy Ninjas started from zero in 2023 and now reaches thousands of business owners across the country. Building two companies from scratch, both times without outside capital, is what I point to most when someone asks what I'm capable of.

Who do you look up to or admire? I admire builders who see a gap and fill it without waiting for permission. Alex Hormozi has shaped how I think about offer design and business clarity. My husband Alex, who is also my business partner, brings a level of drive and consistency I genuinely respect. But honestly, the people I look up to most are the small business owners I work with every day who run real operations under real pressure and still show up to grow. That kind of persistence is rare and worth admiring.

When you're not working, where in Gilbert do you spend your time? My five kids keep me happily busy, so most of my off-time is spent at home or around the neighborhood. I love the Gilbert area, especially the Heritage District, the farmers market, and the local restaurant scene. Gilbert has that rare combination of being a real community with things actually happening, which is part of why we chose it. When I'm not at a kid event or family dinner, you'll probably find me at the gym!
