What product or service do you offer? The Women 360 offers a membership-based business development and networking community designed to help women grow both personally and professionally. Members receive unlimited access to networking events, educational masterclasses, virtual and in-person gatherings, business development opportunities, referral partnerships, and meaningful relationship-building experiences. The organization also provides member spotlights, marketing visibility, speaking opportunities, mentorship, community engagement, and access to a supportive sisterhood of professionals, entrepreneurs, executives, and business owners. Through a combination of education, collaboration, accountability, and connection, The Women 360 helps women increase their visibility, expand their networks, develop their businesses, and build lasting relationships. Our mission is to ensure that every member feels seen, supported, and empowered while pursuing success in business and life.

What makes your business different, competitive, or unique? The Women 360 is more than a networking organization; it is a business development sisterhood built on the belief that no woman should have to grow her business alone. Unlike traditional networking groups that focus primarily on exchanging business cards, The Women 360 emphasizes genuine relationships, collaboration, education, visibility, and referrals. Members receive access to networking events, masterclasses, business development opportunities, member spotlights, mentorship, and a supportive community that actively promotes one another's success. Our culture of "crown shining" encourages women to celebrate and elevate each other rather than compete. Through intentional connections, strategic partnerships, and a commitment to helping every member be seen, supported, and successful, The Women 360 creates lasting personal and professional growth.

What is the nicest thing a customer has ever said about your business? The nicest thing we hear repeatedly is, 'I finally found my people.' Many women tell us that before joining The Women 360, they felt isolated, unseen, or like they were navigating business alone. One member shared, 'This isn't networking; it's a sisterhood. For the first time, I feel genuinely supported by women who celebrate my successes, encourage me through challenges, and actively look for ways to help me grow.' Another said, 'The Women 360 restored my confidence and reminded me that I don't have to build my business by myself.' Hearing women say they feel valued, connected, and empowered is the greatest compliment we could receive because it reflects our mission: No One Walks Alone.

What motivates you professionally? Helping women recognize their value, step into their confidence, and achieve success they may not have believed was possible. Many women in business feel unseen, unsupported, or overwhelmed, and I am passionate about creating opportunities for them to be encouraged, educated, connected, and celebrated. Nothing energizes me more than watching a woman gain confidence, make a meaningful connection, land a new client, launch a dream, or realize she is no longer walking alone. I am driven by the belief that when women genuinely support one another, entire families, businesses, and communities are strengthened. Seeing members thrive personally and professionally is what fuels my vision and commitment to The Women 360 every day.

What do you consider to be your greatest success? My greatest success in business has been building The Women 360 into a thriving community that creates meaningful impact in the lives of women. While the organization's growth has been exciting, what I am most proud of is the culture we have created. Women are forming authentic relationships, generating referrals, building strategic partnerships, gaining confidence, and achieving personal and professional goals because they are surrounded by a supportive sisterhood. Watching members step into leadership, grow successful businesses, overcome challenges, and realize they do not walk alone is incredibly rewarding. The true measure of success is not the number of members we have, but the number of lives that have been positively changed through connection, collaboration, education, and genuine support.

Who do you look up to or admire? The women I look up to and admire most are the women in our sisterhood. I have the privilege of being surrounded by women who lead with courage, resilience, integrity, and generosity. They are entrepreneurs, professionals, caregivers, leaders, and change-makers who show up for their families, businesses, and communities despite the challenges they face. What inspires me most is their willingness to support one another, share their knowledge, celebrate each other's successes, and extend a hand to those who need encouragement. Their determination, compassion, and commitment to growth remind me daily of what is possible when women come together with a shared purpose. They inspire me to be better and to continue building a place where no woman walks alone.

When you're not working, where in Gilbert do you spend your time? As a self-proclaimed foodie, I appreciate the incredible variety of locally owned restaurants, coffee shops, and gathering places that make our town so unique. Beyond the food scene, I am proud to serve with For Our Town Gilbert and to be actively involved in supporting our community through local events, businesses, and nonprofits.

You'll find me attending community celebrations, events, fundraisers, farmers markets, and other happenings that bring Gilbert together. What I love most is that Gilbert has managed to offer big-city opportunities, and ambitious entrepreneurship while maintaining the connection of a small town. There is a genuine sense of community here. I take great pride in calling Gilbert home and truly cannot imagine living anywhere else.
