What product or service do you offer? Rayhons Financial is a financial planning and wealth management firm. Our professionals focus on the financial details so our clients can enjoy the people and passions that enrich their life. We firmly believe there is more to Life than money® and that clients can find success from any journey.
What makes your business different, competitive, or unique? Our approach focuses on you because, at Rayhons Financial, people are always first. We place the highest priority on relationships. Our clients are more than revenue, our team is more than employees, and our community is more than geography. Everyone benefits from this approach, which has become known as the Rayhons Way!
What is the nicest thing a customer has ever said about your business? The nicest thing a client told us is that they've achieved a goal they never thought was possible - and that we played a part in getting them there. At Rayhons Financial, we help clients dream bigger and think clearly about life's most important decisions. So when a client comes back to us and says, "I didn't think I could retire at this age," or "I never imagined I'd be in this financial position," that means everything to us. We're here to provide a strategic, simple path for your journey to success - because we know there's more to life than money®, and our greatest reward is helping lead you to your ideal, joyful life.
How has your business found value in your membership with the Gilbert Chamber? Rayhons Financial has found incredible value in our membership with the Gilbert Chamber through meaningful connections, increased visibility, and opportunities to give to the local business community. Being actively involved has allowed us to build strong relationships with other business owners and professionals, which has led to both referrals and collaborative partnerships.
The Chamber has also provided valuable platforms for us to stay engaged - whether through events, committees, or community initiatives - which helps us remain visible and top-of-mind as a trusted financial resource. Overall, our membership has been an important part of both our business development and our ability to contribute in a meaningful way to the Gilbert business community.
What motivates you professionally? My professional motivation is deeply rooted in a sense of responsibility. Having been born and raised in Gilbert, I feel a strong connection to this community and a desire to contribute to its growth and success. That foundation gives my work purpose beyond just day-to-day tasks - it’s about making an impact where I live.
I approach each day with the belief that I have the opportunity to make a difference or contribute to something larger than myself. That sense of purpose drives me to show up with consistency and intention. Equally important is connection. I value trust, collaboration, and the ability to positively influence others through meaningful relationships.
What do you consider to be your greatest success? This is a challenging question for me because success can be defined in different ways. I should say my proudest accomplishment is graduating debt-free with two bachelor’s degrees at the age of 20, as a first-generation college student.
However, when I reflect more deeply, it is not my greatest success.
My greatest success is the impact I have on others. Being a role model for my sister, my mentees, and those around me is what I value most. I strive to demonstrate that a disadvantaged background does not define your potential. If my journey inspires even one person to believe in their ability to achieve more, then that is my greatest success.
Who do you look up to or admire? There are several people I look up to and admire, each for different reasons. My grandmother, Jamie, is a pillar of strength and resilience, and her determination has shaped who I am today. My uncle, Brendon, inspires me through his leadership as a captain with Gilbert Fire and as the owner of Public Safety Answers.
Professionally, I look up to my boss, Mikayla, for her intelligence and ambition, which continually push me to grow. I also admire our CEO, JW Rayhons, whose ability to genuinely connect with others and build strong relationships is something I strive to emulate.
I am forever blessed with incredible mentors and leaders.
When you're not working, where in Gilbert do you spend your time? Downtown Gilbert is where you’ll most often find me! Between our office and my personal time, I practically live on Vaughn and Page Road.....Liberty Market is a go-to for coffee and pastries, and when I’m grabbing a bite to eat, I love Culinary Dropout or Sushi Brokers.
I also spend a lot of time at Chamber events, staying connected and engaged with the local business community.
