What product or service do you offer? Blue Lagoon offers: weekly pool service, green to clean pool recovery, equipment repair and installation, pool drains, tile cleans, acid/chemicals washes, filter cleans, remodels, and new builds.

What makes your business different, competitive, or unique? Blue Lagoon is dedicated to providing white glove service in a blue-collar industry. We are your one stop shop for anything that has to deal with your pool.

What is the nicest thing a customer has ever said about your business? "Many thanks to the Blue Lagoon team for giving us a beautiful new pool that is one of the highlights of our house remodel. We are delighted to look out our kitchen window to see the most beautiful pool we have had in 30 years! It is always clean and sparkling and inviting. How has your business found value in your membership with the Gilbert Chamber? Blue Lagoon has only been with the Gilbert Chamber for a few months but to see the dedication to the community and everything they have to offer has really opened our eyes to everything we could also be doing to get involved and give back to a city that has served us for 15 years.

What motivates you professionally? Getting feedback and kind words from those who reach out. I love to spread the positivity to the team whenever a homeowner goes out of their way to let us know what an impact Blue Lagoon has had in their backyard.

What do you consider to be your greatest success? Being a mom AND being a Gilbert native - not a lot of people can say they are proudly born and raised in this community, and it makes me proud.

Who do you look up to or admire? Derwin, obviously. For a small business to be successful year over year for 15 years is no small feat. What started as a 1-man pool business has turned into a 10-man operation and continues to grow daily.

When you're not working, where in Gilbert do you spend your time? Out dancing, exploring new coffee shops or restaurants, or shopping local boutiques - growing up here there was NOTHING to do unless you were in Scottsdale or Tempe but now everything you could ever want is quite literally in Gilbert.
