How many years have you been in business? Gilbert Made - 7 years & Printwerx - 23 years

What product or service do you offer? We opened our retail store, Gilbert Made, in October 2025 and we town & state inspired gifts along with other unique items. Our commercial division, Printwerx, offers paper, promotional, large format and silk screen & embroidery on apparel.

What makes your business different, competitive, or unique? We offer unique items in our store that are designed and printed by me. We focus on customer service and treat every customer as we expect to be treated. We always strive to give our customers the best experience whether they are shopping in our store or ordering their printing from us.

What is the nicest thing a customer has ever said about your business? We have lots of reviews online but the best experience just recently happened where a woman who does her own design work for wedding invitations and cards said that I was her inspiration, that she wanted to be like me.

How has your business found value in your membership with the Gilbert Chamber? We have found so much value in our membership in the Gilbert Chamber. Before the store was open, I was an ambassador and attended more of the events but now I am in the store and can only get to the early morning events. I am still in a referral group and I have reached out to other members to let them know about my business and they are very receptive. The Gilbert Chamber is a community where we help one and other and share ideas.

What motivates you professionally? I love to help people and create things so that is my motivation. It makes me happy when customers are happy with their finished product through Printwerx and when they tell me how good the quality is of the items I sell in the store.

What do you consider to be your greatest success? Currently, my greatest success is opening a store front. I have had this dream for years and been a part of other stores where they have multiple small businesses inside them. It is so rewarding having a space of my own where I can sell all of the products that I have designed.

Who do you look up to or admire? My husband, Chris, has been such a supporter of mine and is one of the smartest people I know.

When you're not working, where in Gilbert do you spend your time? You can find me enjoying a meal in Downtown Gilbert or riding with Chris on our Mickey Mouse Vespa Scooter or Motorcycle around town.
