What is the nicest thing a customer has ever said about your business? People love the flexibility they have by us coming to them, and everyone seems to love Stephanie (our Groomer).

How has your business found value in your membership with the Gilbert Chamber? Being able to connect with other Gilbert Business Owners and helping the city of Gilbert with Pet Care Needs

What motivates you professionally? Exceptional customer service is at the heart of everything I do. When my wife and I opened Woofie’s of Gilbert, we set out to restore the kind of personal, dependable service that has become rare in today’s service industries. Our mission is to support Gilbert families with thoughtful, responsive care that puts their needs — and their pets’ well‑being — first. We’re driven by the belief that great service isn’t a bonus; it’s the standard our community deserves.

What do you consider to be your greatest success? One of the greatest measures of success for me is when a client reaches out directly — whether by phone, text, or email — to share how happy they are with the care we provided. Reviews are wonderful and always appreciated, but there’s something truly meaningful about a client taking the time to personally tell us that we made a difference for them and their pet. Those moments remind me why we built Woofie’s of Gilbert in the first place: to deliver service that feels personal, memorable, and worth talking about.

Who do you look up to or admire? A former employer of my wife, who knew and understood what it meant to treat everyone with the same level of respect no matter how successful he was, and made sure weather they were a client, employee or waiter in a restaurant, treated them with respect.

When you're not working, where in Gilbert do you spend your time? Visiting various Gilbert restaurants, Playing softball at Freestone Park, or just hanging out at home with our own 3 doggos playing with them.
