Housing & Shelter Transformations

Because of supporters like you, more Valley families are finding safety and stability at A New Leaf:

·         Thunderbird Apartments: Renovations on the first of eight buildings are nearing completion! We will soon be moving 17 families into fully remodeled, safe, clean, and dignified affordable housing units.

·         East Valley Men’s Center: Transitional housing units are almost complete. By mid-November, 30 residents will move in as they transition from homelessness to long-term stability.

This incredible group of women works together to empower, connect, educate, and inspire each other to give back to their communities and to amplify A New Leaf's mission. If creating or updating your will is something you’ve put off, let us make it easy for you! A New Leaf has partnered with FreeWill—a free, secure online tool that guides you through creating a legal will in just a few minutes. Learn more and start your free will today!

October LIFE Kit Workshops

Join us for our upcoming LIFE Kit workshops! A LIFE Kit is a free, customized file box designed to keep your Legal, Insurance, Financial, and Emergency documents safe and accessible during a crisis. In addition to your free LIFE Kit, you will also receive:

·         Hands-on Guidance: Professional advisors in financial planning, estate planning, and healthcare will rotate through stations to guide you step-by-step.

·         Follow-up: Receive check-in emails every few months with tips for completing your LIFE Kit.

·         West Valley Workshop: Wednesday, October 7, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Riverboat Bingo Hall

·         East Valley Workshop: Wednesday, October 14, 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at MesaCAN
