Dia De Los Muertos
Join us for the Polytechnic campus's fifth annual Día de los Muertos celebration to honor late loved ones on Thursday, October 30, 2025.
Día de los Muertos, a holiday that originates in Pre-Columbian Mesoamerica, honors the lives of ancestors who have passed.
We invite you and your families to bring a picture of a late loved one and place it with marigolds on one of the altars, or ofrendas, and stay for the festivities that follow!
Celebrations will include live mariachi and folklórico performances, various family-friendly activities and crafts including skull painting, flower crown making, face painting and more. Food, music, family and friends make this traditional celebration a good time for all.
