Ask To See The Credentials

Anyone can buy a truck and a ladder. Before you hire someone to work on your home or building, ask what training they've invested in. Look for manufacturer certifications, NRCA or NCCER coursework, building code education, and inspector credentials. That kind of learning takes years and real money, and the roofers who commit to it tend to build roofs that last through Arizona heat and monsoon season.

Ask to see those credentials. A true professional will be glad to show you. Then verify their license at roc.az.gov before you sign anything.
