HVAC Technician

Job Responsibilities:
As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC Systems. At All Out! Cooling & Heating we will be asking you to push your limits to go All Out for not only the clients but the company.
Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to identify potential problems.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing technical guidance to clients.
  • Execute repairs, maintenance, and installations accurately and efficiently, adhering to company best practices and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain detailed records of service performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
  • Stay updated with industry advancements to maintain proficiency in technical skills through continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education, certifications, or licenses are highly desired.
  • Must be EPA Certified.
  • Not required but highly desired - N.A.T.E. Certification, Master Heat Pump Certification.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to provide multiple solutions tailored to the client's needs.
  • In-depth knowledge of residential equipment with a full understanding of the sequence of operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
