Position: Salesperson

Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (flexible)
Compensation: 100% Commission-Based (uncapped earning potential)
Location: Primarily field sales throughout Arizona (remote/office support available)

What You’ll Do

As a Salesperson for Omni Vision Window Films, you’ll:

• Generate and follow up on leads from online inquiries, referrals, and community outreach.

• Educate prospective customers about the benefits of window film solutions (heat and UV reduction, privacy, security, smart film technology, and energy savings).

• Schedule and conduct consultative sales meetings (in person or virtually).

• Present customized solutions based on customer needs and preferences.

• Provide accurate quotes and close sales.

• Coordinate with the office team and installation professionals to ensure seamless customer experiences.

• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage referrals.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is self-motivated, results-driven, and confident in selling consultative services.

• Has excellent communication and people skills.

• Thrives in performance-based environments with commission-only compensation.

• Can manage their schedule independently (ideal for both part-time and full-time candidates).

• Prior sales experience is a plus — especially in home services, construction products, or related fields — but training is available.
