The Opportunity

You won’t just be a helper; you will be trained to become a top-tier technician capable of delivering elite home performance solutions, including high-efficiency Mitsubishi systems and comprehensive duct and insulation services.

We operate with a focus on precision, leveraging the ServiceTitan platform to stay organized and the BDR (Business Development Resources) framework to ensure our team has the best training and support in the industry.

What You’ll Do

• Assist & Learn: Work alongside lead technicians on installations and service calls for residential HVAC systems.

• Home Performance: Support attic insulation, duct sealing, and air leakage testing to ensure maximum home efficiency.

• Tech-Forward Operations: Use mobile tools to document work, update job statuses, and provide a seamless customer experience.

• Commit to Growth: Participate in ongoing training to master Mitsubishi products and energy-saving programs (SRP/Efficiency Arizona).

• Mechanical Aptitude: You enjoy working with your hands and figuring out how things work.

• The Right Attitude: You are punctual, professional, and obsessed with doing the job right the first time.

• Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to homeowners.

• Clean Record: Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check/drug screen.

• Physical Ability: Comfortable in tight spaces (attics/crawlspaces) and lifting up to 50 lbs.
