Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement dance lesson plans for students of various ages and skill levels
- Teach dance techniques
- Provide guidance and feedback to students to help them improve their dance skills
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Plan and organize dance recitals and performances
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to coordinate schedules and events
- Ensure the safety of students during dance classes

Experience:
- Previous experience in dance or in a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage and motivate students
- Ability to create lesson plans that are engaging, educational, and age-appropriate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff members
