The Opportunity:

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual with an active Arizona real estate license to play a crucial role in ensuring smooth property operations and exceptional client experiences. You'll be a key point of contact, expertly managing maintenance processes and overseeing the efficient turnover of our properties. What You'll Do:

  • Maintenance Maestro: You'll be the central coordinator for all maintenance-related matters, acting as the vital link between tenants reporting issues, property owners seeking solutions, and external vendors providing services. This includes receiving maintenance requests, dispatching vendors, tracking progress, and ensuring clear communication with all parties involved.
  • Turnover Titan: You'll take ownership of the property turnover process, managing projects to ensure properties are efficiently and effectively prepared for new tenants. This involves coordinating cleaning, repairs, and any necessary improvements to get the property rent-ready on schedule.
  • Vendor Virtuoso: You'll cultivate and maintain a strong working relationship with our off-site maintenance support center, ensuring seamless communication and efficient collaboration on maintenance requests and vendor dispatch.
  • Relationship Rockstar: You'll embody our "why" statement by building positive and professional relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors, always striving to provide exceptional service with a warm and caring approach.
  • Detail Dynamo: Your keen eye for detail will be essential in accurately documenting communications, tracking project timelines, and ensuring all processes are followed meticulously.

What You'll Bring:

  • Active Arizona Real Estate License: This is a must-have.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.  
     
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfort and proficiency with technology and property management software (experience with specific software is a plus).
  • A strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • While not strictly required, individuals with a "type-A" personality who thrive on organization and efficiency may find this role particularly rewarding.

Hours: Approximately 25 hours per week. Schedule is flexible but will require consistent availability during standard business hours. Hybrid opportunity, with work-from home part of the week.
