Using both traditional planning tools and innovative visualization techniques, you’ll define clear goals and map out actionable steps to achieve them.

A key component of this session will be creating a professional vision board—a visual framework for your business and career aspirations. You’re welcome to bring personal items, images, or key words that represent your objectives, and we will provide materials such as poster board, magazines, glue, and scissors. This exercise will allow you to translate abstract goals into a tangible, motivating resource that supports your daily decision-making and long-term strategy.

Karen Camblin is a Producing Sales Manager with Guild Mortgage Company. She is married to Dave, a 27-year veteran of the Phoenix Police Department, and they look forward to his retirement from the city in September 2029. Karen and Dave are parents to two adult daughters, Samantha and Grace, and are anticipating the arrival of their first grandchild in September 2025.

Karen began her mortgage career as a Loan Officer in April 2003 and has been with Guild Mortgage since September 2015.
