Karen Camblin is a Producing Sales Manager with Guild Mortgage Company. She is married to Dave, a 27-year veteran of the Phoenix Police Department, and they look forward to his retirement from the city in September 2029. Karen and Dave are parents to two adult daughters, Samantha and Grace, and are anticipating the arrival of their first grandchild in September 2025.
Karen began her mortgage career as a Loan Officer in April 2003 and has been with Guild Mortgage since September 2015. Her unwavering commitment to turning homeownership dreams into reality has fueled her passion throughout her 22-year career. As a top producer, Karen has not only built a successful team but also embraces and loves her role as a Coach within Guild Mortgage’s Elevate Coaching program.
Beyond her professional achievements, Karen actively contributes to her community. She is an engaged member of the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce, currently serving as the Incoming Chair of the Chamber and the Chamber Foundation and a graduate of Gilbert Leadership Class 33. Karen also serves on the board of The Compassion Alliance, a 501(c)(3) organization that supports first responders and their families on their journey to achieving optimal mental health, confidentially and from wherever they live in the US.
