Workshop: The Importance of Powers of Attorney (CATALYST)
The Importance of Powers of Attorney
Power of attorney documents allow you to prepare in advance for incapacity by appointing an agent to act on your behalf.
• Financial powers of attorney – Appoint someone to help with personal affairs like banking, real estate and retirement accounts when you can’t act yourself.
• Healthcare directives – Choose a loved one to make medical decisions on your behalf using a healthcare power of attorney, mental healthcare power of attorney and living will.
With 13 years of banking experience, I found my true passion in Estate Planning! I love knowing that I am helping our members (and non-members) secure their legacies. My goal is to help build a plan they are comfortable with and creating a smooth transition for their loved ones upon their incapacity or death.
On a personal note – I love to cook, I love to travel, I am an obnoxious gymnastics/soccer mom that proudly shouts when they do something cool, I love to watch TV shows with my husband and I truly truly love my job that doesn’t even feel like a job.
