Karen Camblin is a Producing Sales Manager with Guild Mortgage Company. She is married to Dave, a 27-year veteran of the Phoenix Police Department, and they look forward to his retirement from the city in September 2029. Karen and Dave are parents to two adult daughters, Samantha and Grace, and are anticipating the arrival of their first grandchild in September 2025.
Karen began her mortgage career as a Loan Officer in April 2003 and has been with Guild Mortgage since September 2015. Her unwavering commitment to turning homeownership dreams into reality has fueled her passion throughout her 22-year career.
