Public Speaking Workshop
Presented by Mark Newman
Mark Newman is the Owner of Newman Realty, a local residential real estate brokerage established in Gilbert in 2010. Over the years Mark has been active in both the local community and the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce. He has served on several boards and committees within the Chamber of Commerce and other local non-profit organizations. He is a Toastmaster and graduate of Gilbert Leadership Class XIX. For the last 7 years Mark, and his wife Mickie, have facilitated the Public Speaking Workshop for that year’s Gilbert Leadership class. Mark has been proud to partner with Gilbert Talks and TedX Gilbert and he has a passion for the art of communication and public speaking.
Join us for an interactive and educational dive into the daunting world of public speaking. The Public Speaking Workshop will establish the basics of effective communication with an audience and provide tips and best practices for optimal results. Participants will have the opportunity to practice their skills, receive feedback and guidance, all while learning and growing with others who are also interested in developing this valuable skill set.
