In this interactive 90-minute workshop, you’ll learn how to approach networking with purpose and precision, turning conversations into opportunities and relationships into action. Using proven techniques from Exactly What to Say, we’ll show you how to:

• Identify and connect with the right people using a prospecting framework to target high-value relationships.
• Answer the question "What do you do?" in a way that sparks curiosity and leads to deeper conversations.
• Set intentional networking goals and track your success.
• Use powerful conversational phrases to open doors, create trust, and increase follow-up opportunities.

Whether you're new to networking or looking to elevate your game, this session will give you the tools and confidence to approach any room with clarity and purpose.

Arizona native Mindy Jones is a dynamic business leader, certified conversational strategist, and community builder with a passion for empowering others to connect and lead with intention. As the owner of The Amy Jones Real Estate Group—an award-winning, all-female-owned and operated team in Chandler—Mindy has spent over a decade helping families achieve their dreams of homeownership while fostering authentic leadership and community engagement.

Mindy is a Certified Guide for Exactly What to Say®, a Certified Quadrant3 Leadership Coach, and founder of Community on Purpose, a nonprofit supporting women and families. Through On Purpose Strategies, she provides customized coaching for entrepreneurs and corporate clients, helping leaders sharpen their communication skills and build meaningful connections.

A graduate of Gilbert Leadership Class 30, former chair of the Women Empowered Committee, and a longtime Gilbert Chamber of Commerce member, Mindy brings a deep understanding of the local business community to her work. Her workshops are known for blending practical tools with inspiring insights, helping leaders and business owners enhance their networking strategies, turn conversations into opportunities, and build authentic, lasting relationships.

In addition to her professional achievements, Mindy finds her greatest joy as a devoted mom to her curious kindergartener, who inspires her to embrace possibility and lead with love.
