Think Home and Garden Show on a local level with booths, guest speakers and workshops, great food and more! Feel free to swing by at your convenience throughout the day or make an entire day of it! Workshops will be every hour with a spectacular line up of local speakers (See the agenda below) who are sure to leave you feeling fabulous and empowered! We will hear from our signature sponsors and our non-profit spotlight: Cece's Hope Center. During this interactive lecture, fascial stretch therapist and Fitness expert, Cyndi George will discuss 2 of the biggest threats facing us today: "sitting and screen time." We spend countless hours online and in front of screens and not moving and this affects every system in the body. You will come away with understanding how important your "Eye Abs" are to proprioception and how to activate the mechanoreceptors in the hands and feet to keep the brain active and engaged. You will learn new twists on simple stretches that will open up the diaphragm, relax the shoulders, necks and hips that only take a few minutes on the hour and can be done anywhere - yes even at the grocery store standing in line! Don't let age dictate what you can or cannot do!
