Women Empowered - Luncheon
The Gilbert Chamber of Commerce Women Empowered Committee is proud to host this year’s philanthropic luncheon at Villa Siena on Tuesday, May 21st from 11am - 1pm. This beautiful, inspiring event will feature a dynamic guest speaker, non-profit spotlight, vendor showcase and a raffle with proceeds providing scholarships for female participants of the Gilbert Chamber Foundation's Gilbert Leadership program. And with a delicious brunch spread courtesy of our signature sponsors All About You Placement & Senior Resources and Phoenix Children’s, you won't want to miss our final WE Event of the '23-'24 Season.
Our Philanthropic Luncheon will also mark the transition from outgoing chair Dallas Sloan, Owner of Colair Beauty Lounge and Med Spa to incoming chair Tracy Wallace, owner of Peacock Wine and Book Bar, and we look forward to celebrating their dedication to both the Women Empowered Committee and the Gilbert Chamber.

Non-Profit Spotlight: For our featured Non-Profit, we'll be shining a light on Boost a Foster Family, an organization which was created to meet the needs of low-income kinship families applying for foster care licensure. We'll learn more about the mission and vision of this special organization and what we can do, including collecting donations to help in supporting the daily needs of their kinship families. Items that Boost a Foster Family is constantly in need of include the following:

- Walmart Gift Cards **Any denomination**
- Amazon Gift Cards **Any denomination**

This event sells out every year and we know that 2024 will be no exception. The committee is currently seeking donations for gift baskets, spa services and more with all proceeds from the raffle and auction going to support new applicants for Gilbert Leadership Class 33.
