We have some fun in store for you at our Fall 2017 Tours For Teachers Alumni Social! We are excited to bring together the members of Class I, Class II and current Class III at this special gathering.

The Leadership Society of Arizona's Dr. Jacob Kashiwagi presents The Teacher of the Future.  

Moder students are faced with unprecedented challenges; they are surrounded by information, technology, and complexity. The Teacher of the Future will help students by:

• Using simplistic logic and natural laws to simplify and become more efficient.
• Creating a structure that encourages organization, timeliness, professionalism, and self-discipline.
• Supporting the improvement of conflict resolutions, strengthening of family relationships, and the ability to help and service others.
• Teaching students how to minimize stress and worry by leveraging the experitse of others. 

In this workshop, the Leadership Society of Arizona will introduce attendees to a leadership model designed to train Teachers of the Future. This leadership model is the result of 25 years and $17.3M of industry-based research from Arizona State University. It has been developed by teaching countless industry professionals, over 1,400 college students, and over 400 high school students with a 96% satisfaction rating. As a result, 94% of students feel more accountable, 75% feel less stressed, and 64% feel more confident about their futures.

The Hyatt Place Phoenix/Gilbert will provide a behind-the-scenes tour of the property and discuss local industry trends and workforce needs. This tour hosted by Director of Sales Kristy Vargas and General Manager Jen Howard.
