The world is changing faster than ever.  We are all constantly bombarded on every side with noise and messaging, most of which we do not even ask for.  With all of this noise, we can lose sight of what matters most.  And what matters most is people.  As leaders, we must evolve and change with the culture, but we cannot sacrifice our humanity.

Leadercast 2023: Human Intelligence will help leaders embrace that they are ultimately leading people, not simply a company or and organization.  In a world that has gone digital, leaders need human intelligence.

Human Intelligence will help leaders worth following thrive by being fully human-mastering empathy, communication, inclusion, trust and motivation.

Human Intelligence features eight prominent leaders.  Each sharing from their field of expertise and personal background how other leaders can develop higher Human Intelligence.

About the Live Speaker

Sean O'Neil
President
Memory Dynamics, Inc.

As a past professional member of the National Speakers Association for over half of his career, Sean is a highly acclaimed speaker and is regarded as one of America's most entertaining and motivating speakers on the topic of developing an instant-recall memory.  Sean's passion is rooted in teaching professionals (regardless of age, gender, IQ, or job title) to unlock their own "photographic" memory through transferrable skills and very powerful techniques that most people don't even know exist.

Do you want to finally stop the daily struggle to remember names and faces? How important is it to remember the names of your customers, clients, and prospects? Well, just ask the one you forgot! Being good with names is not just the best way to stand out from competition, it's how you create fiercely loyal clients who feel appreciated and memorable.  In fact, mastering this one skill alone can skyrocket your business and reveal to everyone that you are a true professional who cares more about building lasting relationships - and not just the next deal or what's in it for you.  If you have ever uttered the words, "I'm sorry, what was your name again?", don't panic just yet.  It has happened to every one of us and there is still hope... But only if you join us at Leadercast: Human Intelligence on Thursday, Oct. 19th, 2023!

Join us on October 19, 2023 to hear from the five amazing national speakers we will be showcasing!
