Join Gilbert Young Professionals for an engaging Lunch & Learn panel focused on one of the most valuable professional skills across any industry—sales. Whether or not you work in a traditional sales role, the ability to build relationships, communicate value, influence outcomes, and create trust impacts nearly every career path.

This interactive discussion will feature a panel of young professionals from a variety of industries and backgrounds who will share how sales skills show up in their day-to-day work, leadership styles, client interactions, and professional growth. Attendees will hear real-world experiences, practical insights, and different perspectives on how “sales” extends far beyond a job title.

Dallas Sloan – Founder & Co-Owner, Colair Beauty Lounge & Med Spa
Dallas Sloan is the founder and co-owner of Colair Beauty Lounge & Med Spa, an award-winning beauty and wellness destination she built from the ground up at just 23 years old. With a formal background in Business Management and more than 15 years of experience in the industry, Dallas has grown Colair into a thriving business known for its culture, elevated client experience, and community impact. Under her leadership, Colair was recognized as Best Midsize Business of the Year 2020, and Dallas has been nominated for Business Woman of the Year 2020 and Business Leader of the Year 2026. In addition to leading her team of 35+ employees, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce and is actively involved in numerous initiatives throughout the community. Dedicated to blending sustainable growth and strategy with heart-led leadership, Dallas is passionate about building meaningful brands, developing people, and creating positive change that extends far beyond business itself.

Randi Townsend – Regional Director of Sales, B&T Hospitality
Randi Townsend is a Regional Director of Sales with B&T Hospitality, overseeing sales efforts for the Residence Inn by Marriott and the soon-to-open Homewood Suites by Hilton, located here in Gilbert. With a passion for all things revenue generation, Randi brings a strategic and relationship-driven approach to sales, emphasizing how it impacts every facet of a business. Deeply engaged in the local community, she values building meaningful connections and is always eager to create opportunities that support both business growth and community impact.





Joe Barrientes – North Star Imaging
Joe Barrientes began his sales career at Senergy Petroleum, where he helped grow the company from 60 employees to nearly 1,000 and eventually stepped into a Sales Director role overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, and management of a team generating more than $100M in revenue. After earning his Executive Master’s from Thunderbird, Joe led sales efforts across Arizona, Mexico, and South America for Comet Yxlon, an industrial x-ray company, where he became the #1 sales leader in the Americas within two years. Today, Joe works with North Star Imaging (NSI), selling advanced x-ray systems primarily to aerospace and defense companies across Arizona and California.




Vince Giovannini – Deloitte Consulting
Vince Giovannini is a workforce consultant and leader of Labor Market Intelligence at Deloitte Consulting. In his role, Vince oversees both sales and client services, working with Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries to identify workforce challenges and deliver strategic consulting solutions. Prior to Deloitte, Vince led data science consulting at CBRE’s Labor Analytics Group and also held economic development roles with both the Greater Phoenix Economic Council and the Town of Gilbert. Vince holds a Master of Science in Strategic Analytics from Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (Statistics) from Arizona State University.

This is a casual Lunch & Learn format, so attendees are encouraged to bring their own lunch. We will also have an option available during registration to purchase lunch in advance. Orders must be placed by Thursday May 28th.
