Join us for the 'Gift of Giving' Benefit - a fundraiser benefiting the Boys & Girls Club and the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce. The evening is lively and social with catering by BRIO Tuscan Grille and a Chinese auction.
This special event will feature more than 100 raffle items as we raise funds with a lively and fast-paced Chinese auction for a monetary donation of $5,000 to the Gilbert Boys & Girls Club, with proceeds benefiting the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce.

How Does A Chinese Auction Work?
A Chinese Auction is a fast-paced quarter auction where attendees can bid on gift baskets and other items for only a quarter. Attendees receive a list of the prizes and a numbered paddle. The auctioneer will start by announcing the first item on the list. If an attendee is interested in bidding on that item, they toss a quarter into a bucket located in the center of their table and raise their paddle into the air. The auctioneer will begin calling out the numbers being held in the air; if the number is called, the paddle must be lowered. A volunteer who will be unable to see or hear the crowd will hit a gong after a few moments. The last number called out before the gong was hit will win that prize.
