MEET OUR SPEAKER
Crystal Blackwell is the Founder and CEO of Crystal Clear Results, L.L.C., a leadership strategist, leadership coach, trainer and dynamic speaker with over 20 years of experience in Fortune 100 leadership. She’s passionate about helping leaders and organizations build thriving, inclusive, and high-performing workplace cultures.
Crystal is a certified leadership coach and organizational development expert who equips leaders across industries with the tools to navigate multi-generational teams, support workforce wellbeing, and lead with emotional intelligence. Her gift lies in creating real connections, building trust, and delivering practical, results-driven solutions that stick.
In addition to her consulting work, Crystal hosts the podcast Crystal Clear Moments, where she shares impactful tips and real-life stories to help listeners lead, grow, and thrive with clarity and confidence.
She holds certifications in DE&I, emotional intelligence, organizational development, life coaching, and sexual harassment prevention, and she regularly appears as a guest expert on television discussing workplace and personal well-being.
Crystal proudly serves on multiple leadership boards and has been honored with several awards, including the Martin Luther King Award from the United States Congress for her work in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Fun fact: When she’s not coaching, training or speaking, Crystal enjoys family time, travel, fine dining, shopping, and working out.

NONPROFIT SPOTLIGHT
This fall the Women Empowered committee is excited to "Help families make their DREAMS come true" with our featured nonprofit, House of Refuge. Chief Development Officer, Jacqueline Cruz will share more about the mission of House of Refuge, and we'll be collecting donations to help fill the welcome baskets each family gets when they move in. A complete list of recommended items is below:
